Skylur's Tip of the Week 2

Hey everybody!!!
SC's in the house! Well technically, IN THE BLOG:)! Did you know that you don't need a gym to work out? You should!!!! But if you didn't know that here I go. Okay lets say that...you're on a budget so you don't have enough money to go to gold's gym. What you can do is lift weights. So you don't have a bench press? No problem-o partner! Just lift your kids up!!! Doesn't cost a penny,it's easy (unless your kid is 500 lbs.), and it includes in family time! Or you could do something old fashion with a Skylur twist, Like push-up patty cake. What you do is go into a push up form sitting across from your partner. Then put up one of your hands and cross over to a partner. If you don't have a partner you cross your arm and set your hand on your other arm. See how fast you can go! If you don't like that idea do the monkey dance. If you don't know what the monkey dance is it is when you bend you knee and pull it up high.Then get the opposite arm and bend it to your knee. Eventually you can go quick. That's my tip; blog ya next week :)!!!!!!
