Good evening freinds! I can't believe how fast today flew by...Whew! Tomorrow is the BIG day....the before picture gets taken and my weigh in. I am not looking forward to that part at all! However, I'm extremely excited to get started! I want to see my "muffin top" disappear from around my waist! I'm ready to get sore and hungry. Bring it on!!
A BIG thank you to all of you who responded to my invite!! It feels good to have a place to go to write/talk about what's going on in my crazy busy life. In a 8 hour work day, I only talk to littles and when I get home more little talk. So this Blog is perfect for me. Plus, it feels great to talk to my friends, like you.

- I am the first to admit that I have never been good at living a healthy lifestyle. I have been living my life happily taking care of others and not thinking of what I needed to do to take care myself. That is why participating in THE GOLD GYM'S CHALLENGE is so important to me! This incredible opportunity is going to give me the gift of feeling good inside and out. Plus, I get some TIME FOR MYSELF!!! I am excited and terrified at the same time for the upcoming public humiliation of weighing in on Air. I keep visualizing how thin I will be at the LAST weigh in.
